 Rules And Regulations Summary

 

Summary of move in requirements for Fishhook MHP:

  • There is a $60.00 non-refundable application fee. The application fee is used to conducted credit and background checks of the adult residents of the home. Applications can be obtained by contacting above managers. These are to be returned with Application fee to the P.O. Box address above. Applications will NOT be processed if the fee does not accompany the application.

    • The application notes only 4 persons are to reside in the home,

    • You will need the following information to complete the application,

      • a Driver’s license/Valid government Identification,

      • employment information i.e. Proof of income (Proof of social security, tax return, pay stubs), employer information, work contact number,

      • Current landlord contact information.

  • Lot rent is currently $400.00* per month. Due on the 1st of the month for the month upcoming. Lot rent includes trash pick-up, snow removal (from roads only), water & septic fees as well as Manufactured Home Relocation Trust Fund fee (MHRTF).

  • The lot renter is responsible for services above the ground which are: Water & septic lines, electric, gas, home insurance, county taxes, cable TV/internet, parking pad snow removal and telephone service.

  • Lot rent is LATE on the morning of the 8th, the month it is due. This is determined by the post mark on the envelope NOT the date on the Check/Money order. You will be assessed a $25.00 late fee if your rent is received the morning of the 8th.

  • No Dogs or Cats unless they are a Certified Service Animal.

  • Renters Vehicles must fit on the parking pad provided.

  • By applying and signing a lot rent lease agreement, if approved, you agree to abide by the park rules and covenants.

*NO RENTING OR SUB-LEASING OF THE HOME*   NO RENTING OF ROOMS TO ADULTS NOT SUBJECTED TO BACKGROUND CHECKS*

**If you are purchasing a home currently set up and occupied in Fishhook MHP, you MUST be approved BEFORE you are allowed to move into this home. Owning the home and living on Fishhooks rental Lots, without prior approval to rent the lot the home sits on, will require you moving the home out of the Mobile Home Park immediately.
