Located equal distance between Georgetown and Millsboro, 1 1/2 miles from State Road 113, Stockley, Delaware.  It is located on roads 48 (Zora Rd. ) and road 318 (Cedar Lane and Patriots Way).

 

There are 35 home sites in the original park. Twenty-five new lots have been added.

The new lots are 8000 square feet. These new lots have paved streets, central water and sewer. Also, weekly trash pick up is arranged.

 

New or older homes will be accepted with a manufacturing date no earlier than 2010" The maximum size home is dependent on the lot location within the park. Contact management to determine if your homed will be a fit for your new lot.
